At Bettr Health our goal is to help you get out of pain, optimise your health, and get you back to doing what you love. We offer expert musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Sport Therapy. We work with you to help you understand what’s causing your pain, and what steps can be done to change that.

We start with a detailed assessment that takes into account your current situation, past medical history, hobbies, goals, and expectations. We then work with you to design a tailored treatment plan which can include:

• Education
• Training and rehabilitation plans
• Specific exercise prescription
• Hands-on therapy such as dry needling, sports massage, mobilisations or manipulations
• Referral for further investigations such as X-ray, MRI or ultrasound
• Corticosteroid injections
• Hyaluronic acid injections

These injections can be powerful treatment options for common musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, tendon pain or joint pain, particularly when combined with physiotherapy.

Bettr Health is run by Chartered Physiotherapist Sam Kent. His musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience includes working in the NHS, private practice, professional sport and GP surgeries. Sam is a qualified MSK Injection Therapist and Independent Prescriber, with a BSc in Sport, Health and Exercise and an MSc in Physiotherapy.
